I have applied PR from india recently and my closed work permit is going to expire in 4 months..
Am i eligible for BOWP?

As long as you meet the criteria: -

1) Received AOR
2) WP within 4 months of expiry
3) I BELIVE you need a canadian address

Bridging Open WP – Eligibility Parameters

To be eligible for a bridging open WP, the following parameters must be met:

The foreign national is currently in Canada; NO
They have valid status on a WP that is due to expire within 4 months;
They have received a positive eligibility decision on their PR application under one of the Economic Class programs above; and YES
They have made application for an open WP.

So it's based on the following: -

1) Are you RESIDING in Canada and on vacation somewhere? If so, you should be fine to apply.
2) You have moved out of Canada. Technically you are not eligible to apply.
