I just finished my two years diploma program, and now I am waiting to get my written confirmation from college indicating that I have met the requirements in order to apply for the PGWP.
My TRV expires in July as my study permit. Should I apply for new TRV after receiving PGWP or I can apply for both at the same time? because I am planning to go out of Canada in July.

From personal experience, you have to appy for PGWP first, wait until you get a response, and if it is positive, before you can apply for a new TRV. They will not issue a new TRV because you do not have have a future status as of now
