I would need to get useful information with regards to getting an EI for Live-In Caregivers, specifically to those who had just submitted their Permanent Residence Applications. I would like to know if:
1). Will getting an EI affect the processing time of a Live-in Caregiver's PR application?
2). Is it applicable even if your employer is a relative?
Also, are workers under the Live-In Caregiver program allowed to do volunteer work or attend seminars like skills upgrading or personality development etc.? Is this gonna be a hindrance to their PR Application too?
