I'm in my first year of studying in Canada (so I know the rules can change within the next few years). Directly after studying here, I want to travel Australia for about 3 months and then return to Canada to work here, so I can get the Permanent Residence after it.

Can I apply for the Work Permit outside of Canada (when I'm traveling Australia)? Or do we have to be in Canada when applying for the post-graduation work permit?
