My work permit expired a few days ago but I wish to lengthen my stay in Canada for a few more months.
I know that there is a 90 day window period after a work permit expires, so can I still apply for a TRV within that period?

1. You have to apply to restore your status as a visitor, not a TRV. TRVs are to enter Canada, visitor permits are to remain longer in Canada.
