Can I apply for a post degree diploma?

Hello there,
My name is Daniel, I'm about to graduate in computer engineering in Brazil. I want to study in Canada, but will I be eligible to apply to a post degree course or a diploma in a public college right away? Or do I need to validade my engineering bachelor degree in Canada first?

You don't need to validate your bachelor, you can apply directly to colleges based on their admission criteria.
