can I apply EE under 3-month contract job offer(extendable)

I have a serious question to ask you guys =)

I got a job offer recently, the job offer is 3- month contract(extendable), full time, and under NOC B class.

So my question is:

1. if I keep extending this contract, Can I apply for Express Entry after 1 year?

2. If the 1st scenario does not work, how about after first 3-month, I ask my manager to change my contract to 1-year term?

It's better to get a full time Permanent position; they care more about permanent job offers than contacts.

Do you have an open work permit? If not, it's going to be pretty difficult to get an LMIA approved for a three month contract.
