Hello all I got a NOI from Ontario, but I'm in Vancouver. I don't really want to go to Ontario but will have to as a last resort. What I really want is CEC in Vancouver . My score is 455. Can I apply for both PNP and CEC and pick CEC once that comes in. If not last resort is to try out Ontario

You can apply for both.
 
Is there any doc, wiki I can read up on this? It seems that PNP wil ldirectly give me 600 points which may disqualify me from CEC in the future
