Can I add provincial nomination to my FSW application if I have already submitted it?

I submitted my EE application (FSW stream) about two months ago. But because the responsibilities in my work history letters are not that complete and detailed, I'm not sure if they'll pass my eligibility.

Yesterday, I registered for Ontario Masters Graduate Stream and now I am applying for Ontario nomination through it.

My questions is, if I manage to receive Ontario nomination, can I add it to my previous EE application which is currently in progress?

No - you can't. The nomination won't give you any points under FSW/EE. You also cannot add points after ITA.

You'll need to make a choice if you want to proceed with the FSW application knowing you may not pass eligibility.

What do you mean by proceed? My application is under process, is there anything I can do with it?

BTW, Is it at least possible to apply for provincial nomination at this point when I already have an Express Entry under FSW in progress? Because I've heard the provincial nomination might take a few months to process, so if my FSW express entry gets rejected, I can apply with provincial nomination next time?
