Hello. They say it can take up to 6 months to process the PR application (Express Entry)
Can I just relocate to a different country while I wait for my application to be processed?
Good question.. We may end up in similar situation..
If anyone knows, please reply

Of course you can!
You can. But you'll need to inform IRCC of your address change.

This. It's ok as long as you let them know, beforehand if possible.
We informed CIC a week before moving as we already knew our new address. Raise CSE, select address change from the drop down menu (we added our new phone numbers as well) and they do it immediately. Voila!

Where do you see the change in the account? I had raised CSE for my new passport & 4 days ago & I don’t see any update email or upade on the account.

GCMS notes
I don't know about passports - whether the rules are different or not - however I can see the address change clearly on GCMS.
Oh ok. Got you. Thanks. I haven’t ordered the notes yet. I thought update od documents like passport sent through CSE would be visible on the account somewhere.

If they update the file, you sometimes see it as an updated file name in View Submitted Application tab.
