I am planning to come to CANADA to join in Hotel industry even though i am graduated (Bachelors of Engineering). How many years it takes to get PR for Unskilled workers.

Suppose after 6 or 12 months, if i get a job in Software, Can i change my visa from Work permit to Skilled work visa?

(I heard that if got job in Software, need to resign Hotel job and clear the immigration again with skilled worker by entering into CANADA.)
