Can family members claim refugee

I have a questions, could my parents claim refugee status because they are under risk if you go back to their country?

Yes - if they have evidence to prove it. Make sure their refugee claim is genuine. If not and they are refused, they'll have a lot of trouble coming back in the future as visitors.

yes do they have genuine case and if they return sooner or later their life will be in danger.

my worry was if it affect in any negative way for their case that i live here and they are my parents..

Do they have specific threats against their life, and can prove this with documented evidence? Not just their home country being a dangerous place to live. If not, their refugee app would not have a good chance of succeeding.

You may want to consider a H&C application instead, since the burden of proof will be less than a refugee claim.

You should talk to a lawyer experienced with these kinds of claims to see what your chances are.
