can documents be sent separaretly?

Hi ,

i got letter from sydney,canada which says i should send all documents in one pack to local canadian embassy?
but, they also ask for official transcripts which i can not get.my university can not send official transcript to a person.they
only send to company or organization. Then how can i send documenents in one pack?

should i also send payment?

Hi,
If your university only sends to an organization, I suggest you send all docs but transcripts and in a cover letter explain why transcripts are missing and mention that they will follow.
As for the payment, since you have already paid to the Sydney office, no more payment is required. Jusr send a copy of your fee receipt as the payment proof.

Hi, if you can send the notarized copies instead of the originals, do so and explain that the originals will get there soon.
