BE in E&C with 6.81 CGPA (11 backlogs) 2014 pass-out.
IELTS- 6.5 band (no less than 6)

I have 4 years of experience in the marketing field and now looking out for the PG program in Canada. I want to go to the Marketing Management program but as I have completed my bachelor in a technical field and few people have told me that your PG should be related to your bachelor only to get the visa. So will I get the visa If I go for the management course? Or should I change my course to not to face the visa rejection process?

As long as you received a letter of acceptance from DLI, and your visa application is reasonable, I don't see why you can't get it.
