Hi all,
I want to cancel my authorized paid representative and want to continue myself with the process. I have got the ITA. If i send the document to cancel the use of authorized representative, will the CIC share the login details and password for my account with me?
The agent is keeping me in the dark as they refused to share login details and also the email registered with CIC is the agent's email and not mine.
Can CIC help me to manage my own account? Please help
