A question
like can the agent on the cic call centre write any notes on the file ?
Like my friend called CIC and the agent was real rude
She sweared at her
and she hanged up
she did block her number
does it show to them if the number is blocked ?
And should she worry on this matter ?
she did not give her client id or anything

Well if your friend provided her UCI number or any form of identification then YEAH, the call centre can write notes on applicants file.

then she called again and talked with another agent
so she is just worried will the 2nd agent understand anything ?
the 2nd agent was the best she said everything and all whats the status off the file
but she is just worried if the previous agent marked the number or did anything to the system

My friend made 2 calls
the first one was rude she and the agent had a fight
friend called the 2nd one
the 2nd one was too nice said everything where the file is and all
both times she called blocking her number ok ??
i said her not to worry
i am asking this question to any expert in this forum
because
if some one calls blocked right believe number doesnt show up
and when ever we have to call we wait 15 to 25 mins
so
she is just worried like will the 2nd agent find out what she talked with the 1st one
but seriously she didnt give any information to the first agent nor the uci or client id
she called the 2nd one and the 2nd one was nice
she is just asking why was the 2nd one so nice they are not nice people
if the 2nd one takes the info and put her into problem
but i said her its fine
any experts advice

Well, CIC records all conversations, so if your friend haven't provide anything, she should be fine.
However, your friend or anyone else calling CIC should respect the call agents, they have pretty tough job, they can not expedite the application, and their answers most of the time should follow CIC rules.
CIC made some of our lives pretty miserable but that's not the reason to ruin somebody else's work day. How do you think that agent will reply to the next caller ?
CIC call centre logs every call into your file as long as they know who you are (if they were able to verify your identity via UCI, name, etc). If you never provided your identity, then they cannot.
