hi all experts out there,
Does anyone know if I can use Skype to call CIC (1-888-242-2100)?
I am currently outside Canada. I have tried to no avail but not sure if it just does not work or the number is not valid or busy...
I have tried for 3 days already, started at 8am Canada local time ... 0 success.... :_(
call the other # +1-613-944-4000, option to choose: 1,2,1,2,1..wait for 10-12 mins
