Can any Indian consultancy help to get job Offer

Hello Experts,

I have active express entry profile. However to get ITA I need to have a job offer or nomination from province.

Does any Indian consultancy help to get a job offer from Canada like y- axis, overseas, WWICS etc.

Can you suggest a consultancy which can help to get job. Or should I just keep try, on my own to apply for jobs through company websites and job portals.

Or I should forget about express entry and consider PNP program.

Please suggest.
