I am an international student and living in Canada since 2008.
I am still student in Toronto till Nov 2012 but will apply study permit extension in Fall again.
To qualify to apply for PR as someone who has studied in Canada through Canadian Experience Class, you first need to complete your diploma / degree. Once you have finished with your schooling, you'll need to complete one year of full-time skilled work. Only then will you qualify to apply.

Hi Melimeli,
If you move to Saskatchewan after you finished your post graduate course, you can look for any job here even if its not related to your course, then accumulate 960 hours and 6 months and get a permanent job offer then you can apply for SINP (provincial nominee in Saskatchewan), you can apply for permanent residence...there are lots of graduates in Ontario that are moving here and getting their PR's in less than a year...
Good luck
