Can a PR application get approved while waiting on Restoration of Status?

My refusal letter says that my status expired before I applied to renew. It doesn’t say anything about restoration.

When you first applied BOWP, you were on applied status until decision make not on restoration period. But once you get refusal, restoration periods starts there.

Expired work permit. I was issued two work permits so i went with the work permit with a later expiry to give me more time to receive my AOR. However in the refusal letter, they said my work permit was expired on september 2024, instead of october 2024 which is based on the first work permit i was issued and not the second. This is so fucked and I cant seem to find any help or guidance online.

Man ten years in this country. this is the second time I am being fucked over by the system like this. All while waiting for eCOPR and thinking I was in the clear finally. I will definitely try to fight this. Thanks for your responses.
