Hello,
I am applying for the study permit from Pakistan in order to do double MBA in Vancouver island university in oct,2014 to enroll for the sep 2015 session. In the mean time I am applying for the FSWP in the category of an accountant for PR from Pakistan,

Can I be eligible to apply for study permit in oct after filling my PR immigration from Pakistan?
