No, Canadian PRs are treated just like Mexicans. Even Canadian CITs are denied entry to the US for various reasons, so it seems that the US looks at Canadians more like Mexicans.

after few months of stay in canada u can apply us visiting visa
officer shld get convinced tht u dont have any intention to stay in usa permanently then he issues visa
