Can’t open application

Hi. I’m trying to fill the application for citizenship for me and my child. I can open every PDF document for minors and adults except the application form and checklist for adults. I’ve tried different computers/ actually a tablet and a computer/, different browsers, to download and then open and every time is the same, I can’t open only those two documents. I am trying all week. I’m really confused. Any suggestions?

Save it on your computer and then open it.

Don't open with a browser. Instead use Adobe Acrobat Reader after downloading it.

Question 7 J
Physical presence calculation must be included. I thought minor doesn’t need to meet RO?
My son/17 years old/ doesn’t meet RO, only me.
