Last week on wed, i called cic twice. I asked to know the address where they sent my work permit. He told me the address but i did not got the address due to distortion in the phone. I asked again and he replied they sent it to my representative address. This is the first call. As my representative have 2 addresses i was confused about the address. I called them again on the same day. 2nd agent first asked me you did you called us today i said yes. Then i asked question about where they sent my work permit. He asked me that did 1st agent told you. Because i didnt heard the address i said no. Then he asked few question and then told me that where they sent it(exact address).
So the question is i said no but 1st agent told the address but i was not able to get it because of distortion. Is this a serious issue. Or its all right. I am worried because i think 2nd agent will make a note on my file that i lied to him. But it was not intentional because i did not got the address. Plz share you experience.
