Hello guys,

I have been trying to call CIC call center - it says there is an agent somewhere.... any secret there? Cuz I just cannot get through...

What you need to do is, dial their toll free number, and then press 1, 2, 3, 0. It's VERY difficult to succeed within the first few tries, but if you keep trying, you will eventually reach the queue. Usually I need to make around 10 to 20 consecutive tries, before finally reaching the queue. Once you reach the queue, you'll hear a background music, and you just need to wait......I usually had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes before finally reaching a human agent.
Trust me, just keep trying

Just keep on calling... I tried million times already, thank God i get through and the agent answers all my question.

Call around 9 am Ontario time. I have had success at that time. Only a few times had to call more then once. Last time it was only a 5 min wait till I got a real live human!
