Calculation of weeks if i was payed semimonthly

Hey everyone! I have submitted my file for cec immigration. I have worked with an employer from February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2021. I was paid bimonthly ( every 15 days). I have worked over 70 hours in every 15 day period. However, since i received my cheques semimonthly, i have only 24 paystubs.
a)Is my experience eligible for submitting a file in CEC program?
b) will my experience counted as full time for one year?
C) is 15 day period counted as 2 weeks if i receive my pay after 15 days, or the weeks are counted based on the dates?

You mentioned start date as 2019. Did you mean February 2020??

If you get paid twice per month, of course you'll only have 24 payslips over a period of 1 year!

Btw, you need to count 52 weeks. That is the equivalent of 1 year with at least 30 hours per week.
