My mother came on 11 april 2019 in canada as visitor and got passport stamp for the same date...now i booked her ticket for 9 october 2019 according to 6 months
But her stay calculation as according to days is 182 but some websites saying that the permitted stay is 180 days only ...i am confused that is it ok if she leave canada on 9th october or should i extend her visa ...i am confused about her stay calculation in canada
The official guidance is 6 months which believe is intended to be 365/2 so 182 days should be fine. Even if you believe the 180 days quoted on some sites leaving on day 182 hardly likely to be an issue leaving Canada.
