Calculation of job experience

Hey.. i have a job experience of 1.5yrs as accounting bookkeeper. I have worked for 8 hours, 6 days a week. Which means my total working hours are equal to 3744 hours. So if experience is calculated on hourly basis then 1560 hours= 1 yr experience. Does that mean 3744 hours = 2.4 yrs of experience. Please help me with this.

Ok... does i require attendence sheet to prove my work experience. Bcoz now i am working with another employer and i dont think that my old employer will give attendence sheet.
