Ok. So it turns out my job would qualify in noc b as I was doing it in a supervisory role. Now the question is about hours. It's was stated as a full time job at 37.5 hours a week. But hours varied from week to based on work volume. So for the weeks I worked 30+ hours I don't add up those hours, just count each week as 1 full time week. For the weeks where I worked under 30 hours I add all those hours and divide by 30 right ?
Also I worked previously at a club as a security supervisor part time for couple months. Since it was part time ( average 15 hours a week but varied). Do I just add up all my hours and divide by 30 to determine how many full weeks it would equal to ?

My friend worked 20 hours part time for 2.5 year and when we converted it to full time it came out to be 1.6 years so he added 1 year of foreign work experience. Is the calculation correct?
20 hours * 52 week/year * 2.5 years/1560 (hours equivalent to full time) = 1.6 years.

Pretty much (assuming you were paid hourly instead of a salary).

Yes, as long as you were not doing the 2 jobs simultaneously ...
