Calculating Express Entry CRS points

Hello,
I have completed Bachelor of Architecture from India, which is a 5 year post secondary course. I would be studying for my masters at UBC, Vancouver and doing a part-time job with my studies. My course is for a duration of 11 months. Hence, I would get a post graduate work permit for 11 months.

Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer + 1 year of Canadian work experience would lead to 25 points

1. Would an 11 month course count towards Post-secondary program credential ?
2. Can i include hours from my part time job towards my work experience? (Ex: 2 months of part time job working 20 hours a week could be added as 1 month of full-time job)

What if i completed the required number of hours for one year of work experience in 11 months itself? Would it count as one year?

No, the Canadian work experience has to be gained in a 12-month/52-week period with 30 hours per week.
