Cairo or London visa office ?

I am Egyptian living in Kuwait (for 5 years), is it a must that i choose London visa office to process my papers or could i choose Cairo's visa office ? in case its possible to choose Cairo's VO, do i have to provide proof of admission (to prove that am living in Kuwait for more than 1 year) ?

1. Your choice. London is showing in 27 months and Cairo 22 months for 80% of the applicants.
2. You have to prove you were admitted to Kuwait for 1 year, to use London.
