It is a very good idea because you will get to know specifically why you were refused.

What was the reason you were refused? What's you profile and which school did u apply?
 
My refusal was based on poor financial statement
Purpose of visit and travel history.

I got accepted from the university of new Brunswick saint John.
 
I provided a bank statement
Someone was sponsoring but the funds wasn't enough for my full time studies.
