Single male 23 yr old. Accepted to 2 yr UG diploma program in Digital visual effects program at centennial college. Subj failed every sub in the 2 yrs he was in bcom program at University in India. Though this program is not related to subj's intended studies in Canada, this record does demonstrate the subj's ability to perform in an academic environment. Given the applicant's previous educational history and academic standing, the ability to pursue studies in Canada at this point does not seem reasonable. The applicant had low grades at his previous educational institution, especially in core subject relevant to proposed programme of study in Canada. As such I am not satisfied that applicant is a BF student who will be able to complete his study program in Canada. The applicant is single and of migratory age and the ties to India is not sufficient to overcome the economic prospects in Canada and to ensure return. I am of the opinion that applicant is not a BF temporary resident who will depart Canada at the end of the authorised period of stay. Application refused.
Guys please help me out what should I do.. should I reapply for the visa or not?
