caips notes question

i have the caips notes in hand and still do not understand why they asked me to be there for an interview. all i could see in there is that one VO messaged the other VO that 'please convoke to interview XX and request the following files...' somebody knows where exactly to learn from this caips to know the reason of getting a interview call? thanks
