Hi,
I ordered my CAIPS file from caipsnotes.com back in February (they received all the required documents including the consent by Feb 15 according to their file) and they said that I should be having my CAIPS file by the end of March, however, we're now ending April and still no CAIPS file. I've contacted their admin (via email) but no response.
I was wondering if someone else had a similar problem.
NOTE: My immigration file go transferred to New York office on March 8th, however I don't think that should impact CAIPS file.
Any help is much appreciated.
