Hello,

I am an Indian citizen. I have received a paid research internship from University De Montreal for 8 months. I have completed my undergrad in July, 2015. So I wanted to confirm whether C10 exemption code applies to me or not ? If not, does my employer has to file for LMO then or I am LMO exempt.

Please Help.
