Hi,

I have a cousin who is planning to come to Canada on a visit visa, she is planning to buy a house and she is wondering if she can get a PR is she bought a property here?

Any advice?

No - buying a house in Canada won't get her PR status.

If it was that easy, everyone would be doing it.

She needs to apply to immigrate through one of Canada's immigration streams just like anyone else:

Having a house in Canada will give her no points, no benefits and no advantages in obtaining PR.
