Hey everyone. I am a Turkish citizen living in USA with a J2 visa. I have to be in a business meeting in Canada, do I need to get a visa? I have an invitation letter from the Canadian Company and it is very big project and very important meeting.

Yes - you require a visa since you hold a Turkish passport. See:

Thanks also I have another question. If I send all my documents and passport to a friend in NYC, does he have chance to give my documents to Immigration office or do i have to be there in person?

And if I have to send all documents by mail, which office do you suggest has the best returning time?
