I want to application for Visitor Visa's for my parents, so that they can visit us this summer (No special occasion). Since my Dad is a small business owner, I need to attach a Business Registration Letter as a supporting Document. He doesn't have a business Registration letter.
Does anyone know where can we get that in India?

Your dad must apply at the business/company registration office in the city/town where he lives. He would be applying for a Shop Act License (if he does not have one already). When he applies for this, he would also be registering his business simultaneously as a Service Tax business (if applicable).
After he is issued a Shop Act license and/or Service Tax business he must then open a business bank account. Next he must apply for tax registrations (GST, VAT, Service Tax, Professional Tax, PAN/TAN, etc)

Her dad must wait for some months (I would suggest at least 4-6 months) to collect documents - after completing the business registrations, bank account, etc - to prove his business is actively trading.
Even at that point, he must include proofs of advance taxes paid (income tax), or if he has filed returns (example, Sales Tax on a quarterly basis if applicable) + include evidence of ongoing purchase orders/contracts/future business, etc
