I would like to know about BUSINESS INVITATION due to I want to apply (TRV) visitor visa on business and my Importer/Buyer from Toronto Canada wants to know and ask me what kind of sample letter of Business Invitation from his Side and should Business Invitation attest from notarized from attorney and original letter send to me via Courier?? Email?? Fax??
Hi Ansh, your visa invitation letter should printed on company's letter head notary is attestation is not required, it start with small introduction of company which calling you. it also include your full name, your company name where you work, your date of birth, your current address, city, country, your passport number, Passport expiry date, duration of time period for stay, is they fully sponsoring your visit if yes then what they are covering in it(like food rent, hotel room rent, taxi rent, medical etc). also signature of higher authority at the end of letter who is calling you for business.
finally they have to post it through ordinary mail, bcoz of this you can attach canada's stamped envelop when you file your visa.
