Hi everyone,

OK so recent developments have come to light and I've received a positive Arranged offer of Employment letter saying that I can apply until 2013.

Due to the fact that I was waiting for this document for so long I applied for a student 1 year visa with bunac (thinking I could wait out for a year for this supporting document to arrive as they can take quite a while; yet not working for the company who offered me the Arranged Employment).

So essentially I am now in a position where I have booked flights and insurance and everything else and am about ready to apply for the 1yr visa with Bunac (with all the supporting documents- which is issued in 6 weeks), at the same time though this aoe letter completes the supporting documentation requirements for my FSW application.

Now am I able to work in Canada - say in a ski resort as i was planning on doing for a year- and submit my FSW application before I leave for Canada so essentially be waiting out the processing times whilst actually working in Canada under the student visa ?
Also can I apply from within Canada to a Canadian embassy ?
Do i have to declare that I have applied/been issued with a Student visa ?
Can I take the medical exams in Canada even though I'm applying to the UK office ?

Also it is my understanding that an approved Arranged Employment Opinion letter means that you do not need an LMO, so considering that I cover all the other requirements (work exp, b/g checks etc) am I all set ?

Thank you all so much in advance, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to mess up my chances .
