Buffalo Visa office - Time between MR and PPR

Dear all,

How long does it take to get the PPR Request (or to know the final result) after the Medical tests? I did my Medicals in Feb 2nd week, and the results were sent to Ottawa in Feb last week (by the doctor). In my MR, the visa officer has requested me to provide the FBI certificate. I sent the FBI certificate in March 3rd week to Buffalo Visa office.
