mr. verma plz reply me if u have any idea i have 18 months exp. from india my lawyer use my current six month exp. here from canada now i am on work permit and he claim for two year exp but i have little doubt in my mind bcoz after 18 month exp. from india i complete i year study here from canada now i am on wp my lawyer use my current 6 month exp. is this ok seniors plz reply
thanks man... i got my AOR on April 23rd, still ecas shows Rcvd BVO... dont know when it will change to inprocess.. god only knows...
sent case specific enquiry to Buffalo.. same old copy/paste reply of wait for 64weeks...what a hell...am running out of my patience..

4. Buffalo AOR received(by email with a new file number): September 29, 2010

64 weeks, that means 1 year and 4 months, thats ridiculous. There is something wrong with their system and they are defying ministrial instructions. I thought you should be at the next stage (addl documents or medicals) in about 6 months from the date of Rcvd BVO.
