I am a PR holder from December 09, 2021 . I want to apply for my brother visit visa but I am in my maternity leave and also right now I am in india can I give an invitation from india . Looking for any expert advise . Thanks in advice.

No you should be in Canada.

If your brother wants to visit you in Canada, you need to be IN Canada to invite him.

If you and him are both in India, why does he need to go to Canada to visit you?!?
