My brother is a British Citizen who wants to work in Canada due to bad job conditions in UK, he wants to move.
Can anyone guide, how can he move to Canada with his family(British Citizens)?
What is the process?
Let your brother check here first and then proceed according to instructions on the CIC website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp
Ofcourse he is eligible but what should he do to get work permit?
He will need to find an employer willing to provide a LMO (Labour Market Opinion). These are not easy to get unless he's filling a specific labor shortage, which vary by province.
He can also look into the Working Holiday if he's eligible: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/experience_canada_experience/index.aspx?view=d
Most immigration routes take a few years. The fastest way is to work at a job eligible for CEC, PNP, or the province's nomination program - but as noted, not all jobs qualify. If he's eligible for the WH, he needs to have his application ready asap because they fill up fast for the UK. Then he can look for a job that qualifies for immigration and earn his experience that way.
CEC = Canadian Experience Class
PNP = Provincial Nomination Program
