I am a PR holder and currently in India for my marriage. I would be married in next month.
I read that there is a new portal to apply for immigration for family reunification.
Link to the new portal? I do not find the link to this new portal.
Can I apply for TRV for my would be spouse while I am here in India?
I cannot apply for spousal sponsorship from India. It takes a year to get the processed which I will have to do from within Canada. Can I apply for spousal sponsorship later via this portal or if there is any other way of doing it online?
Is TRV easy to get for the family reunification program?

Your spouse can attempt to secure a TRV from India but it is not guaranteed. Her ability to prove that she has strong ties to India and is a genuine visitor will be a factor. Spouses of PRs and citizens had a difficult time getting TRVs before covid. It is slightly easier after covid but still difficult. It will depend on her profile. You should also be aware that she may not have access to healthcare in many provinces until she gets PR or an OWP and a job (which may need to last over 6 months). There is no guaranteed way for her to get to Canada while waiting for sponsorship. TRV is the simplest way to try and have her join you in Canada. If she can find an employer willing to hire her and go through the LMIA/WP then that is an option but unless she is considered very high skilled and qualifies for special processing it could take over 6 months for the whole process. Most employers are not willing to go through the time and expense. She could also try for a study permit if you have 25k+. Unless she is studying for an advanced degree like a masters and PhD there is a good chance she may not be considered a genuine student. Sometimes the only option is to wait for the sponsorship to be approved. As a PR you must apply when you are in Canada and remain in Canada during the sponsorship minus a short trip (would suggest 2-3 weeks max).
Thank you @canuck78 .
What about the family reunification program? How does that work? What is the link to the new portal and can I apply to that program for my spouse from India?

"family reunification" is just to allow your spouse to travel to Canada to be with you IF she has a TRV.
So getting the TRV is the key.
You can apply spousal sponsorship "online" doesn't mean that you can apply when you (a PR) do not live in Canada.
You have to wait till you are back in Canada to sponsor your spouse. And putting in an address in Canada while you are NOT physically there will be consider misrepresentation. And it is serious.

Thank you for your insights.
should i apply for visitor visa before marriage so that I can take her with me to Canada and then apply for PR spousal sponsorship while we are there? Is that a good strategy?

You should try to apply for visitor visa. Need to show strong tie of her to her home country. So applying before marriage to a Canadian is likely a stronger tie than after marriage.
