I am some questions hope that everyone can help me. First at all, I am a Canadian resident and my wife just got her PR 2 years ago. She has her own house before she became permanent residence. After that, we rent out for 1 year. Now we decide to sell out her property.
1- we did filled out tax declare in our country. Do you also need to fill out in Canada also? If it’s last year, is it too bad to fill out for this year?
2-will we get in trouble if we sell our house in our country?
