I'm a PR in Canada and my wife (Irish citizen) is moving to Canada with a Working Holiday Visa next month. We will be submitting her spousal PR application after she gets here which should take 6-9 months through LVO (according to the application tracking spreadsheet somewhere on this forum).
She has some personal property including jewelry that she will be bringing to Canada - how can she bring these items into Canada without paying duties/taxes? I'm aware of the B4 form for people who are landing in Canada for permanent residency, but my wife will be coming in on a working holiday visa. Is there a separate form for this purpose?
