I am thinking to open a cafe store in front of Ottawa CIC building, hanging my pic on the wall with my name and my title, manager. For every CIC officer who purchases cafe at my store must look at my portrait and read my name and title. I will give him or her 50 cents discount for coffee. And when he or she works on my application, there is no dout about my work genuine. LOL im so smart~ wakakakaka :D :D :D :D :D
