My visa expires in early July and I will be submitting my PR application this week and straight after will apply for the bridging visa.
Is it possible that the bridging visa application can be rejected before the PR application is processed? I heard it takes a lot longer to process the PR than the bridging visa.
Thanks

Once you submit PR application, you will receive a confirmation document from IRCC.
Include that document while submitting bridge visa.
IRCC approves bridge visa once you pass initial background check (Which may take 1-2 months but depends).
Until then IRCC holds bridge visa application.
